Vegan Cooking Classes




A Vegan is a person who does not eat meat or animal products such as milk, cheese and eggs. Vegan cooking is the art of making nutritious, delicious food solely from fruits, vegetable, legumes and other plants and plant products. Those who are learning how to cook vegan foods for the first time can find plenty of good vegan recipes and even cooking classes.

There are different types of vegan classes from which to choose. Some classes teach individuals how to make a wide variety of dishes. Alternatively, there are classes that focus on teaching a particular type of cooking, such as how to make vegan desserts or how to prepare fruits and vegetables in a tasty, healthy way.

Northeast Classes

Midwest Classes

The website http://www.matthewkenneycuisine.com/education/ offers online and on location classes. Matthew Kenney offers two levels of cooking classes. There are five classes provided per week for four weeks, no matter which level a person chooses. The institute is based in Oklahoma City.

Ching Animal Farm Sanctuary offers vegan cooking classes on the fourth Sunday of every month. The classes are held at 656 E. 200 South, Salt Lake City.

Vegan Classes in the South
